Redwork Embroidery Images
Chapter 17
The following thumbnail images are your index to all the embroidery images from the quilt. You may use the thumbnail images to make a small work, such as you might use in crazy quilting, by right clicking on the image and choosing copy. To use the image's original size as it was on the quilt top, click on the thumbnail to go to the image, which you may print directly.
Additionally, you may copy and paste any image, from other parts of this book, into your favorite image editor (such as Adobe Photoshop Elements) to resize the image for your intended use. Useful tools:
Adobe Photoshop Elements is one of the best photo editors for the price. A smaller version of Adobe Photoshop, it still has all the features that anyone but the most demanding professional photographer could want. It is our tool of choice here at Quilter's Muse for all image editing tasks.
Light Tracer II by Artograph is a high quality light box for transferring designs to fabric.
For tracing those lines onto fabric try a .01 fine point Sakura Micron Pigma pen in a light red (dark pink.) Your stitches will completely cover the marks.
