a dance song for the hora

I learned to dance the hora when I was a student at the University of New Hampshire. Freshman year, four electives in the physical education department were required. I chose Folk Dance, Swimming, Tennis, and Candlepin Bowling.

The New Oxford American Dictionary defines the hora as a Romanian or Israeli dance in which the performers form a ring. - Origin late 19th century.

The words are translated on another site:

I learned it as a young teenager when I was first learning to play guitar. Since I am not Jewish, I don't know if I am pronouncing the words entirely correctly. As always, I am open to suggestions. I have always loved songs sung in other languages.

On the guitar, the chords are B7, am, and em.
